We are seeking a future Brand Manager to own and scale the JuniorCash brand as it enters its next growth phase.
This strategic role is focused on scaling a youth-led fintech brand after it has achieved product-market fit. You will be responsible for building a powerful narrative around youth empowerment while establishing JuniorCash as a trusted, independent financial platform for the next generation.
Key responsibilities
- Own and scale the JuniorCash brand, ensuring consistency across all product and marketing channels.
- Develop a strong brand narrative centered on youth empowerment and financial independence.
- Translate business strategy into powerful market positioning that resonates with youth audiences.
- Work closely with founders, product, and growth teams to prepare the brand for major partnerships.
- Protect brand trust while maintaining cultural relevance and credibility.
