Key responsibilities
- Own the execution rhythm across all products, teams, and strategic initiatives.
- Translate high-level strategy into clear roadmaps, milestones, and actionable priorities.
- Track delivery progress across Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations, identifying and mitigating risks and blockers.
- Implement lightweight governance that enables speed and accountability, not bureaucracy.
- Ensure leadership decisions are translated into tangible outcomes and visible progress.
This is a strategic execution role designed to align teams and ensure commitments are met. You will enable our leadership to focus on growth by driving accountability and momentum on the ground.
